DEL-15

The DEL-15 horizontal slant-bed CNC lathe is a two-axis linkage, semi-closed-loop CNC lathe. The main bed adopts a cast structure, and the guideways are arranged at an angle for high rigidity. The X/Z axis guideways use linear guideways. The control system uses domestic and foreign CNC systems and AC servo drivers such as Guangzhou CNC and FANUC, and can perform cutting processing of various shaft and disc parts.

    5. Precise and Rapid Longitudinal and Transverse Drive: The machine uses ball screws and linear rolling guideways, resulting in high transmission efficiency and good precision retention. This ensures that the machine turret movement is fast, smooth, and highly accurate in positioning.

    6. Automatic Centralized Lubrication System: Ensures continuous and effective lubrication of the guideways and ball screws.

    7. Fully Enclosed Protection: Prevents coolant leakage, providing a safe and comfortable working environment for operators.

    8. Chip Conveyor Cooling System: An independent chip conveyor cooling system is equipped with a high-flow cooling pump and a chain-type chip removal device, providing forced cooling and automatic chip removal for turning operations.
