    The DEL series horizontal slant-bed CNC lathe is a dual-axis linkage, semi-closed-loop CNC lathe. The main bed is cast and features an inclined bed guideway layout for high rigidity. It uses domestic and international CNC systems such as FANUC, and AC servo drivers, enabling various turning processes on shaft and disc parts.
    High-rigidity structural design: Because the bed is integrally cast and the bed guideways are inclined, it has a large load-bearing cross-section, good rigidity and damping performance, ensuring high-precision cutting.

    The machine's main drive system uses an AC servo motor and employs a high-efficiency parallel V-belt to directly drive the spindle, avoiding the noise problems associated with gear transmission chains.

    The front and rear ends of the spindle use precision high-speed spindle bearing groups with appropriate pre-tightening force. Combined with ideal span support and a box-shaped spindle box, the spindle has high rigidity and high-speed operation capability.

    Hydraulic System

    Hydraulic Power Unit

    Using the oil pressure provided by the hydraulic power unit, the hydraulic chuck clamping/releasing, tailstock sleeve extension/retraction, hydraulic turret indexing, and locking are completed through the control system.

    Centralized Lubrication System

    Intermittent Centralized Lubrication System

    The intermittent centralized lubrication system ensures continuous and effective lubrication of the machine's longitudinal and transverse guideways, ball screw pairs, X-axis screw support seat bearings, tailstock guideways, and sleeves.

    Measuring Device

    Tool Detection Device (Optional)

    The tool setting device enables automatic monitoring, alarming, and compensation for tool wear or damage during processing.

    Oil Mist/Dust Removal System

    Oil Mist/Dust Collector (Optional)

    This is a specialized device designed to address environmental issues such as oil mist, water mist, or dust generated during machine processing. It can improve the precision of processed workpieces, extend equipment life, improve the working environment, and protect personnel health.

    Safety Devices

    Interlock Switch (Optional)

    Equipped with an interlock switch, the safety door is locked when the machine is running to ensure operator safety.

    Automation Devices

    Gantry Robot (Optional)

    It uses a full servo control system, with X-axis horizontal reciprocating motion, Z-axis vertical motion, and the end effector can rotate 180 degrees. In conjunction with a feeding device, it can perform intelligent operations such as active loading, picking, palletizing, and detection.

    Industrial Robot Device (Optional)

    Automated loading and unloading through a robot replaces existing manual operations. If robot guide rails are configured, the robot's loading and unloading operation range can be increased, and one robot can serve multiple machines for loading and unloading, reducing robot investment.
