Performance Characteristics
(1) High Precision - All three coordinates of the machine tool screw use high-precision ball screw pairs, special screw bearings, and pre-tightened double nuts to enhance rigidity and ensure more stable precision. After stretching the ball screw, the transmission rigidity is greatly improved, eliminating the effects of thermal deformation caused by rapid movement. The machine tool positioning accuracy is: ±0.003mm/X, ±0.0025mm/Y, Z, and the repeat positioning accuracy is: ±0.0025mm/X, ±0.002mm/Y, Z.
(2) High Speed - High-speed, high-precision spindle: Uses high-torque toothed belt drive, without sliding, greatly reducing transmission noise and heat generation. The spindle uses precision-grade angular contact ball bearings. The standard spindle speed can reach 6000r/min. The BT50 spindle uses high-performance grease-lubricated spindle bearings, and the economical spindle head cooling system effectively controls high-speed spindle temperature rise. The spindle uses IRD dynamic balance correction equipment to directly correct the spindle dynamic balance, avoiding resonance during high-speed operation and ensuring optimal machining accuracy. Uses X, Y, Z 3-coordinate guide rails (X, Y, Z: linear scale (55MM)), with a rapid traverse speed of 24m/min. During tool changing, the machine tool robot arm releases the spindle, and rapid tool changing is achieved through a cam linkage (tool change time: 2.5 seconds). Full pallet changing also uses two sets of continuous cam movements for rapid replacement (replacement time: 12.5 seconds). All the above parameters are at the leading domestic level and internationally advanced level.
(3) High Rigidity - The machine tool body uses resin sand high-phosphorus castings, with the bed body integrally cast, and the column, slide, and worktable moving on it. The pallet changer and tool magazine robot arm are fixed to the bed, ensuring the overall rigidity of the machine tool. In addition, finite element analysis was used during the design process to make the structure more reasonable. The machine tool weight of 24.5 tons also fully demonstrates the high rigidity of the machine tool.
