The DECT series CNC double-turret crankshaft main journal lathe is a CNC double-turret crankshaft main journal lathe designed by Del Automation using modular, flexible, and standardized methods, incorporating absorbed foreign technologies. Through independently controlled dual Z-axis and X-axis systems, and a high-precision, multi-station turret for automatic tool exchange, it efficiently completes the precision turning of crankshaft main journals, internal shoulders, and end faces. This machine tool is currently selected to be used in conjunction with other crankshaft machining equipment, gantry robots, logistics systems, etc., to form a fully automated production line for automotive crankshafts.
