The DECT series CNC double-turret crankshaft main journal lathe is a CNC double-turret crankshaft main journal lathe designed by Del Automation by introducing and absorbing foreign technologies, using modular, flexible, and standardized methods. Through two independently controlled Z-axes and X-axes, and high-precision, multi-station turret automatic tool changing, it efficiently completes the precision turning of crankshaft main journals, inner baffles, and end faces. This machine tool is currently selected to be used with other crankshaft processing equipment and gantry robots, logistics systems, etc., to form a fully automatic production line for car crankshafts.
