The DETM-B700 horizontal lathe-mill machining center is a multifunctional orthogonal lathe-mill machining center designed based on the concept of standardization and modularization. It features high efficiency, high precision, and high reliability. This machine tool can achieve up to nine-axis linkage and up to five-axis linkage (X, Y, Z, B, C). This machine tool is suitable for turning various metal shaft parts, such as outer circles, end faces, threads, grooves, inner holes, etc., as well as milling planes, keyways, etc. It can complete various curved surfaces that require multi-axis linkage for processing, and can perform efficient rough machining and high-quality fine machining, providing production-type lathe-mill compound machining capabilities, especially suitable for the processing of parts with complex shapes and high precision requirements in the military, aerospace, shipbuilding, automotive, and railway industries.
■ Truly achieves multi-function and multi-process composite machining with one machine. It integrates various functions such as turning, boring, vertical milling, end milling, drilling, and tapping, with composite machining capabilities, enabling the fast and efficient processing of complex workpieces. Its flexibility is particularly suitable for processing complex small-batch parts.
■ Various functional component combinations achieve six-sided machining capabilities. The combination of the B-axis, milling axis, main and auxiliary spindles, tailstock, turret, tool magazine, and workpiece measurement functions gives the machine tool powerful composite machining and inspection capabilities. Only one clamping is needed to achieve the production capacity of multiple ordinary equipment, greatly saving time and labor costs, reducing floor space, and significantly improving processing accuracy and equipment utilization.
■ The machine tool's main spindle, auxiliary spindle, and milling spindle have strong power, providing production-type turning and milling capabilities.
■ High-precision transmission system—The machine tool uses precision ball screws and linear roller guides, with high transmission efficiency and good precision retention. The machine tool turret movement is fast, stable, and has high positioning accuracy.
■ The X/Y axis stroke has been significantly expanded, effectively improving the processing range and flexibility.
■ The flat hinge-type protection combination greatly improves the machine tool's high-speed performance, reliability, and maintainability.
■ The bed adopts a trapezoidal cross-section design combined with a plane slope, combined with an orthogonal Y-axis layout, and is optimized by finite element analysis to ensure that the machine tool has high rigidity and strong cutting capabilities.
■ The machine tool's cooling system maximizes processing accuracy and stability. To prevent component deformation, the machine tool is equipped with a cooling device to minimize the generation of thermal displacement.
