The DEL25-II series is a large-scale horizontal lathe with a maximum processing length of 3 meters. It integrates lathe, machining center, and turning-milling compound machine tool functions, featuring a gearbox spindle and a fully hardened guideway structure.

Description

The DEL25-II series is a large-scale horizontal lathe with a maximum processing length of 3 meters, including turning centers, turning-milling composite machine tools, and gear box spindles with full-length hardened guideways. It is suitable for heavy-duty cutting and processing of large tubular and shaft-shaped workpieces, and is widely used in the petroleum, natural gas, and engineering machinery industries. Its high rigidity and high stability structure ensure processing performance. The 45° inclined bed, low center of gravity, wider bed, and finite element analysis for bed structure analysis and optimization achieve ideal stability. Equipped with a high-performance gearbox spindle, P4-level accuracy, double-row cylindrical roller bearings and double-row angular contact bearings ensure high rigidity and efficiency of spindle power transmission.

Hydraulic system, hydraulic station

Using the oil pressure provided by the hydraulic station, the control system completes functions such as clamping and releasing the hydraulic chuck, extending and retracting the tailstock sleeve, raising and lowering the hydraulic turret, locking, and indexing.

Central lubrication system, intermittent central lubrication system

The intermittent central lubrication system ensures continuous and effective lubrication of the machine tool's longitudinal and transverse guideways, ball screw assemblies, X-axis screw support bearings, tailstock guideways, and sleeves.

Measuring device, tool detection device (optional)

The tool setting device can automatically monitor, alarm, and compensate for tool wear or breakage during processing. Oil mist and dust extraction device, oil mist and dust extractor (optional)

This is a special device designed to solve environmental problems such as oil mist, water mist, or dust generated during machine tool processing. It can improve workpiece accuracy, extend equipment life, improve the working environment, and protect personnel health.

Safety device, interlock switch (optional)

Equipped with an interlock switch, the safety door is closed when the machine is running to ensure operator safety. Automation device, gantry robot (optional)

It adopts a full servo control system, with X-axis horizontal reciprocating motion, Z-axis up and down motion, and the end effector can rotate 180 degrees. Combined with the feeding mechanism, it can realize intelligent operations such as automatic loading and unloading, picking, stacking, and detection.

Industrial robot device (optional)

Automated loading and unloading through robots replaces manual operation. If a robot guide rail is configured, the operating range of the robot's loading and unloading is increased, and one robot can serve multiple machine tools for loading and unloading at the same time, reducing robot investment.
